An amazing painting from the mid-century modern period.

Extreme dimensionality was added with a strong understanding of perspective in mind with sculptural elements. One can see this most easily on the eaves of the house.

It is unframed.

Originally listed as attributed to Elsa K Hall, I was contacted by her relatives. They did not believe that the signature and style matched that of their family member. I agree. There is nothing to be found in any of the resources I have available to me at the moment so the actual identity of this particular Elsa will remain a mystery for now. Happy bidding!
