Old Vintage USA Limoge Glazed Porcelain Plate depicting an Antique Scene of a Courting Couple with an accompanying Flutist 

Inserted in a Pewter Bowl magnificently engraved with Art Nouveau flowers
- from this I gather it to be Antique -

The splendid painting is partially Hand-Painted (no dots)
and partially Ttransfer-Print (can see dots under loupe)

I think that Farberware worked in Brooklyn NY

There is a long 10 cm crack in the porcelain plate between 10 and 12 o'clock,
extending on the bottom and including a chip, but it seems perfectly stable
