Of Note: Sister Maria is probably the most well known artist whose artwork has been molded into ceramic
form by the master artists who transformed her muted charcoal and pastel drawings, bringing them to life
in three dimensions, the artwork was published in a variety of forms including postcards.
Most of her
drawings were sketchy, stylized
images of country children in their daily life.
