for a full refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges. Items that
qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have our shipping costs
deducted from the refund or credit, $10 for eyeglasses, and $20 for larger
items.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returned products must be in its original condition when it was received.
New items must be in brand new condition, have all original manufacturer's
packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing
inserts, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise missing the original
Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original
manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer
shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or
stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
Shipment errors due to a bad address provided by the buyer will not be credited
for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.
Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return. You will be
notified by email once your return is processed. SuperDealGlobal reserves
the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any
product that doesn't comply with the above mentioned requirements.
