This is a very rare, original, vintage 4 track tape cartridge for the Marianne Faithful album "Faithfull Forever". London label LFM 17116. Manufactured by AMPEX. Telepro Industries Fidelipac.
Condition of tape appears VG++ (very good ++) but I have no way of playing to grade the integrity of the tape itself. It appears that the felt pads have broken down over the years and would need to be replaced. There are many online repair kits available for purchase. Condition of the casing as per photos. Paper tear on the end as shown.
