Lot of two porcelain plates with green trim and a Gibson Girl wearing a swimsuit and sitting on the end of a dock during the Edwardian era.
This particular artwork setting is rare and hard to find.
Maker: Unmarked, but it looks like it could be Carlsbad Austria or more likely, an Ohio Pottery Company, since the plates belonged to a woman who lived in Ohio her entire life.
Years: Circa Early 1900's - Pre-WWl
Measures: 6.25" Diameter
Condition: A few paint scratches here and there, gold trim is worn off in many places, lots of crazing throughout, one hairline crack that doesn't go all the way through on one plate and a small chip on the underside of one of the other plate with an arrows pointing it out in a photos. See all photos as they are part of the description.
