The Pulsator Cap is an OEM part for Samsung washing machines. Located inside the washing machine basket, it sits atop the pulsator.

Causes can be normal plastic deterioration from extended use, mineral or hard water deposits impeding water flow, or accidental damage from heavy loads or foreign objects inside the tub.

Symptoms of a bad pulsator cap include:

• Clothes not getting fully clean even after multiple cycles
• Noticeable decreases in spin speed and water pressure
• Discoloration, cracks or wear visible on the pulsator cap

This OEM Samsung part is also compatible with some Kenmore models.
