This was a Blizzard HQ only item from 1995 to celebrate the new year and seems to have also come from UBISOFT possibly directly to Blizzard. I'm not quite sure what the connection was there. There are international greetings on the back. 

The game being celebrated was Warcraft 2, which was before Diablo.
