Velmex NF90-3 Stepping Motor Controller 2 OHM 120V

This is a used item. It is in good cosmetic condition. The "On-Line" light flashes and then turns off when we first turn on the power switch. We are not able to test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
