This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition. The tubing measures about 1/4" OD. We powered it on with a shop power supply (not included) and the screen comes on as shown. The pump spins when the "prime" button is pushed. It has no batteries at this time. The buyer will need the correct power supply. It comes with a 30 day warranty.
