This listing features a vintage Italian tin lithograph wind-up toy propeller sea plane. It's a grey colored  decorated with red and yellow bull's eyes and if has two small tin pilot figures flying the plane. It's very in good condition with minimal wear and it winds up and scoots along the floor (non-carpeted) pretty well. The plane measures approximately 13" long and 12" wide. 

This plane comes with a certificate of authenticity which dates it to 1985. It also has its original fabrication certificate.
