Duck Mousse – Duck liver and fat (74%), water, CREAM (MILK), glucose, salt, nutmeg, Goose Terrine with Colombelle Wine – Goose meat (27%), duck fat, poultry liver, pork liver, EGG, “Colombelle” wine (3%), salt, spices.
Conservation:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days

Serve on fresh or grilled bread, brioche bread or in a salad.
