It has a 1998 copyright date and 48 pages. It has the usual notations and envelope inside. No torn or missing pages.  Little residue on covers.     See photographs for condition issues.

I ship within five business days from the receipt of payment for this item. I will be glad to combine shipping to save buyers on postage costs.   I will upgrade shipping method if the shipping price paid allows me to do so.
