Front top right corner is torn away and a small piece of the top left corner is gone also with ragged edges. Shelf-wear along edges and corners with one side partially split and a small hole along bottom edge near right side. Opening shows signs of heavy use. (Not a cut-out.)

It was written by song written by Simon Climie and Dennis Morgan.
