Cimmaron Romaine Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is a Cos variety of Romaine that dates back to the 18th century. The long crisp leaves will be bronzish-red to deep maroon with hints of green and are excellent for salad mixes. This fast growing lettuce is disease and bolt resistant and is best suited for its baby greens somewhere around 30-35 days
