For your consideration, here is a 1990 – 1992 Kennecott Mining 4^th Line Belt Buckle, marked HD on the back, made in the USA.  It has some wear on the finish, mostly on the bottom edge.  The back metal loop part moves fine.  It measures 3 1/2 inches wide.
