Unopened/new vinyl, factory sealed, and in excellent condition. Small tear in shrink-wrap on front near top right and two surface impressions to surface. Minor shelf-wear along top edge and heavier wear with a small split along bottom edge. Slight discoloration on back. Right-side corners show some wear. Release date is approximately 1970. (Not a cut-out.)
