Imperlux Hand Cut Crystal Vase Made in Portugal. Ruffled at top and base. Flowers etched on both sides of vase. There is one small chip on inside top lip. Please refer to photos. The vase is made with a hole down through to the bottom. I don't know what the purpose is other than to water the flowers in a bowl of water. I'm wondering if there was a matching bowl for this vase????
