Reparil 20 mg is a non-prescription medicinal product containing escin, which is used for localized edema after trauma. Reparil tablets have a decongestant (anti-edematous) and anti-inflammatory effect.

Always take Reparil exactly as directed by your doctor. If you are unsure, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age should take as an initial dose 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals with a little liquid.

In milder cases or as a maintenance dose, 1 tablet should be taken 3 times a day. If you have the feeling that the effect of Reparil is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
