I believe this is a vintage reproduction Bye-lo baby doll with bisque head, hands and feet and cloth body. Approximately 11" long wearing a pale yellow gown with petticoat under-dress. Both layers are trimmed with eyelet lace and ribbon. Both sides of the neck had text drawn into the bisque while it was soft. One side says USA and the other side is dated 1979 and has a symbol inside a circle. Maybe a makers mark but not one I could find. There is a little discoloration here and there on the bisque and there is one small area on the bottom right front of the dress where the lace seam has separated (about 1/4") There is also a chip on the inside tip of her right thumb.
