We offer a 30-day full refund (minus shipping charges) or exchange on unused and unopened merchandise purchased .com. If the product has been shipped with "Free Shipping", the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, as shipped. If the product was opened and/or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer has the return option set forth. If the product was opened or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer can return the product within 30 days of invoice date for a credit. Pondsville offer free ground delivery for standard shipping within US Continental addresses. Except in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses. Your item(s) will be shipped using the most efficient carrier to your area (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), which is determined once the order is received. Expedited shipping options are also available and can be selected during checkout. At this time, we only ship to physical addresses that are located within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. Most of in-stock single items ship within 24 hours and otherwise will require 2-4 business days for processing from receipt of order. Delivery time for orders is calculated based on handling/processing time plus shipping time that is specified by the carrier. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday.
