This charcoal grey cape buttons below the arms to make a sleeve.

The size tag has been removed. For reference, the pictures models are a size 2 and size 14 (US). Both ladies stand 5'6".

42" from tip to tip when measured across from the bottom of each sleeve and 36" from the top of the collar to the bottom hem.
