Gorgeous vintage marked NE (NE Glass Works) Art Deco rhinestone dress clip.  The clip has a lacy look with it’s open work and bumpy texture.  The rhinestones are bright white and appear to be original.  It measures 1 5/8” long and 1 OE across the top.  The backside has the NE trademark design.  Very nice condition.
