This is a new dress purchased from Coldwater Creek.  The original tags are attached and it was $69.  It has scoop neck and pulls over the head.  The primary color is black and shoes and handbags are green, blue, yellow and a little bit of red.  The under bust waistline is flattering to nearly anyone and it has back ties to adjust the fit to taste.  It has short sleeves.  It has been in a smoke free home.  If you aren't of short stature don't be shy about purchasing because is is very long on a short person.  It is machine wash gentle cycle and dry flat, according to the label.
