This is a charming Retired Department 56 Original Snow Village Accessory called We're Going to a Christmas Pageant.   Model Number 54356.  This figure features three children dressed up as Santa, a Christmas Tree and a Star.   It measures approx 4.5 inches long and approx 3.5 inches tall.  This belonged to my mother-in-law who is down-sizing.   No cracks - see photos for condition.   Smoke free home.  Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.
