Trade paperback that got a lot of circulation at the time. One of the House of Collectibles guides and not bad as these things go. Frankly none of the record guides was that accurate for prices but they gave an indication of what was popular, At the time we didn't look up the records we already had so much as peruse the book taking note of the more rare titles to look for. Today makes for an interesting history of and look back at 45 collecting.
