Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Gate-fold cover looks good; a few creases near edges; moderate scuffing, tiny surface abrasions, discoloration around edges, and surface impressions (front/back/inner-gate). Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); seams partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge; some wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Black label with color spectrum on left. (Top-right corner is cut.)
Recorded at the Persian Room of the Plaza Hotel in New York, For Once in My Life captures Vikki Carr's nightclub act of the late '60s. Carr scored a Top Five hit with the melodramatic torch song It Must Be Him in the fall of 1967. A year later, she showed herself to be a polished and professional show business entertainer.
