The only two illustrations in this booklet are on the front and back and shown in the photos.  Met Life issued these every now and then and gave them to their customers.  There are 16 numbered pages.  There is also three other sheets that look like they belong in the booklet, but the numbers on these pages are not missing in the booklet.  The recipes are different than the one on the same pages in the booklet.  It measures 7 1/4 inches high and 5 1/4 inches wide.  It give a value for foods and states how much food one should eat.  It is not dated so I am guessing at the vintage.  It has been in a smoke free home.
