RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All returns are accepted. We try to accurately and honestly describe all our products and handle returns in a fair and reasonable manner. All items, unless otherwise stated, are new with manufacturer’s warranty (if any warranty-this will be stated in item description). RETURNS: Most items can now be returned via’s automated return system which will provide a return label and other info. (Under your purchases there will be a link next to the item purchased for returns). Please be sure to select correct reason for return e.g. changed mind, does not fit, found better price, item defective, etc. EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easiest & quickest to process by doing return through automated system for item you don't want and then just buying item you want. Once I receive return back I will process refund. If you find item to be or damaged on arrival, please notify me via email prior to opening return and I will try to correct issue or problem. If problem is unable to be corrected, I will refund or promptly exchange with you once item is returned to me (I pay all shipping costs on damaged or defective items). Items must be returned in new, clean condition in original packaging with all original parts, tags, papers, boxes, etc. If item is not returned in new condition or with all original paperwork/boxes, etc. a restocking fee may be charged. Defective products can be returned in exchange for the same product or refund. Returns of an item for any reason other than item is damaged/defective will incur a restocking fee (generally this covers my cost and time to process return, my cost to ship to you, etc.) After return period please refer to manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

COMBINED SHIPPING

Yes, I do offer a combined shipping discount. Each item added does add weight which will add to shipping cost. All items must be paid for on one invoice to qualify for shipping discount. Any shipping discount please message me before making payment. I cannot process refunds on shipping once items have been paid for.

I am a USA seller selling Products made mostly for use in the USA & CANADA-unless otherwise stated ALL items are set up for USA/Canada 110 volt and would need some type of voltage transformer and plug adapter (generally available at any electronics store) to work properly outside of USA/Canada
