We actually have ZERO idea what these are and Sweater Button Closure was probably the best option we found. We do know the hallmark is clearly Carolyn Pollack and it’s marked “STER USA” indicating sterling (925). The holes in either side are probably there to attach each side to a side of the sweater and then clip together in the middle.
