VINTAGE jewelry set includes a necklace and earings.  I couldnt find any markings and am not 100% sure of the gem or metal composition.

The earings are clip on type.  The necklace is a hook type enclosure.

Earings are 1" long....the larger gem would be the lowest when wearing.  The necklace is 16 1/4 total length.
