Smart ANN DEMEULEMEESTER black skirt with a total of 54 snaps sewn onto a heavy strip of material all down the inside of the front that unsnap readily, but snapping them closed takes a little time. There's a piece of material at the waist on the inside with a button closure. Material is 84% rayon and 16% fleecewool. Made in Belgium. Size is 40 and to clarify, approximate measurement when laid flat ~ waist 14.5", hips 18" and from waist to bottom of hem in front is 25". All measurements are unstretched and as close to accurate as possible, but approximate.
