The Mary Frances Story Book, 1st ed. 1921, by Jane Eayre Fryer.
What a great book this one is, and hard to research. It is a first edition with a signature page in the front, which was a dedication, not an actual signature. This book is well used and aged with some wear and marking inside being about 100 years old, has fading on the outside of the pages. The spine is good. This one is hard to find in 1st edition. It is from the London publisher, John C. Winston, but printed in Philadelphia, PA. This book is in good condition with minor soiling, some fading and edge wear to spine, minor wear to corners .The binding is tight and the color image pasted to the front of the book is good.
Hardcover book with 328 pages. Has the most wonderful old illustrations.
Size: 6-3/4 x 9-1/2 Inches.
Externally- (Good ) Condition: DOES HAVE WEAR TO THE CORNERS OF THE COVERS.
Internally-(Good ) Condition: The pages are beginning to darken , toned with some age foxing pages .
Cosmetic condition is as clearly and accurately shown in the high-definition pictures provided.

Overall a rarity and very uncommon.
