You are bidding on a very nice, older, hand painted ceramic or porcelain small snack tray with gold bird handle. Signed and labeled on bottom from the artist M Kelley. Great shape with light general wear, one small edge chip,  and could use a little fine cleaning. About 2 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
