Nice, vintage, circa 1980 era, unmarked, HO scale, rural house hardware store building - F.C Rode & Co General Hardware Dealers, in the pictures. Glued together with light wear some melting of the lower right corner as shown in the first picture, missing the dock, otherwise light wear, maybe could use some fine cleaning. Straight from the layout. Zoom in for details.  About 4 1/4 inches tall, 5 3/4 inches wide.
