It is very hard to read the backstamp on this set...I think that it says "La Tapia" and " Carora Venezuela".  There is a coffee pitcher...4.5" tall and 4 Mugs just over 2".  Unusual shapes and  handles.  Caramel tones with cobalt blue stripe.  Glazed inside and out.     
Preloved...but this set looks  perfect to me.
