Waist is 30 inches, rise in front is 8 inches and the inseam is 31 inches. Made in the USA. No fabric content, but they feel like cotton with some stretch in hot pink and white zebra print...silk screened on the bum with THE END in old English script. I love  to shop, so I'm doing some closet cleaning.Please contact me before the end of the auction with any questions as all sales are final.
