For your consideration is a pair of vintage Nike blue slip on water beach shoes.  These are a size 2C.  They have a mesh top so they are great for the water.  They are washable.  My little one loved to run in the backyard kiddie pool with these.  They look like they are pulling away a little from the rubber edges but still wearable for your precious one.  There are a couple of light stains on them as shown.
