This is a SPRINT phone.  We switched to Cricket Wireless recently.

*The device wont connect to the Cricket cellular service.*

*The Cricket customer service department says they feel the phone may be Sprint locked to the original Sprint SIM card. Therefore the new Cricket SIM card does not work. No guarantees this is the issue.*

*The rear-facing camera does not work!*

*Phone is an excellent shape with no scratches or cracks anywhere on the phone.*

*Phone was tested and everything seems to work EXCEPT when you try to make a call, use the internet, or send a text message.*

*Also unable to take a rear-facing photo, selfie.*

*"No mobile network available" is the message you receive when trying to make calls, send text messages or use the internet.*

**When going to APN settings menu there are no APNs in the list nor is there an add button to add a new APN. No vertical 3 dot menu options under the APN menu. This is why Cricket Wireless believes it is Sprint locked against the old Sprint SIM card.*
