Painting is in very good condition. The wood frame is covered with a cheap laminate. For what it is, the frame is in good condition. The painting is coming out of the frame and will have to be remounted. If you don't like the frame, I am willing to remove the frame all-together.
Artist name is a bit hard to make out.
