Oops! changes are needed to complete your order seller not currently accepting offers.

I'm unable to find the setting to turn this feature off. I added the seller's coupon. I don't want to have to purchase the item(s) as a guest checkout as I have an account already. Is there a setting to turn this off? I can't make the purchase ...
