What do i do when i order some items and i don't receive all of them

I placed an order it didn't receive them 2to3 days like they said and when I did receive my order I didn't receive all of my items

How long does a buyer have to pay?

I am new to Bonanza and am trying to educate myself about selling on here. I haven't been able to find out how long a buyer has to pay and what if they do not pay in the allotted time?

Gtin-same as upc? or can i use upc

I sell crochet & other pattern leaflets. I recently had an item rejected by google for not having a gtin. B-help shows a UPC label, and I know how to find that, but not sure if that's what google is looking for, thanks for any help! Marilyn

Do you have to pay for the bonanza webstore in order for your items to show in google shopping? Or will it also work fine with just having a booth at the moment? After adding to either how long does it take for google shopping to start finding you...
