New postal price list 2014

Has anyone found the price changes for the new USPS rates that are coming up this new year? I can't find it on the USPS site. Okay, I might be blind but anyway, if anyone has found it, please reply with the link. Thanks.

Listing bonanza items on ebay

Do I need to have an Ebay account in order to have Bonanza list my items on Ebay? If so, why would I want to have Bonanza list my items for me, rather than just list them on my own Ebay account? Thanks.
