Is the Support CHAT available on weekends as well? For the last several days, message indicates not available. Hours listed are 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. Is there a Support Number to call? Thank You!

Inventory file suggestion

Would it be possible to add a log at the end of processing the inventory file ? there are times after he done processing he gives a message of "XXX products failed to upload" with no reason why . would be nice to know why have they failed
