Why i m i getting charged 19% on 1 item sold

Sold 1 item $21.04 Charged 19% FVF $4.00 there was no shipping charge. I need a break down of what the 19% is?

Every time i pull up my booth it tells me i need to activate my listings. i have done this several times.

This makes me think that no one is seeing my booth if it tells me I need to activate it every time I visit it. It did take one item off that sold on eBay, but it's telling me that I have no visible items on Bonanza. How do I fix this? No point ...
