As a seller, how do i cancel a sale?

I need to cancel a sale that I can't complete. I've already refunded the purchaser his money through PayPal. How do I cancel the sale so I'm not constantly hounded for shipping details (and maybe get my Bonanza fees back??).

When an item is shipped, does the seller notify the buyer like on ebay? the seller and help desk have not responded about shipping but they took my money pretty quickly

I purchased on 1/8. There's no update to the date it shipped, if it shipped or a response from the seller.
