If an ebay item sells on bonanza and bonanza removes it from ebay, is there an ebay penalty?

if an ebay item sells on Bonanza and Bonanza removes it from eBay, is there any kind of penalty associated with a removal from eBay? If I understand correctly, canceling an eBay auction is a ding against your seller status.
