Sellers fee

I went with a 9% sells and I have been charged 25.. 3 times in a month? I thought it was a flat 3.5% or 9% and so on. I have emailed them and never back from them about these charges.

Your account does NOT have a paid membership (Silver, Gold, etc.) associated with it — at least there is no icon indicating that you are a paid member.

So, it’s more than likely a $25 charge that can be associated with TurboTraffic… where you pay in $25 increments to boost your listings. See here >> https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000624591-TurboTraffic-on-Bonanza

As far as the 3.5%, 9% etc… you can be charged UP TO the highest level of advertising FVF that you select. A selection of at least 9% gets your items advertised in Google Shopping where it gets more exposure to shoppers than what the 3.5% level gets you.

I’m leaning toward your account having purchased TurboTraffic Packs, assuming that the Matty91_ account is the Bonanza account you are concerned with.

Bonanza support (support@bonanza.com) can provide you with the exact reasons behind the charges.

Also keep in mind that a fee of $0.50 can also be charged per sale which even if you are at the lowest percentage it can boost that up pretty fast. But, as previously mentioned it sounds like you are being charged for the TurboTraffic, I noticed when I got my last one you have to uncheck the auto relist button or it will automatically charge you once your pack is empty.
