Its been crickets here and it feels like this site has been abandoned!!! Where are all the fabulous changes we are suppose to see since Quincy took over? Why is it every time a CEO takes over a site it always seems to get worse not better? It happened with Ebay, Etsy and now this site!!! You know when Quincy first took over I got a call from him but didnt answer cause i didnt know who it was. He left a message. Since then i lost his number regret it now Cause Id definitely like to give him my 2 cents at this point lol

It seems like Bonanza is running on auto pilot and no one at the controls

Like said in the past, I’ve been stuck with the turbo pack for over a year (of which for one year I have asked to have it removed). My sales slowed down when purchasing the turbo pack.
From what I am hearing maybe it would have regardless. And then again I have read where sellers’ sales slowed down after buying the turbo pack.
But I do know my last email into Bonanza close to a month ago has went ignored. First time that has ever happened.
I can see now why sellers post in the forums as in disbelief rather than it being meant to look negative.

Store owners definitely have to do there own marketing. However the Bonanza staff as a whole seems to have disappeared. There hasn’t been a blog in over 2 months and I can’t remember the last time there was an official Bonanza answer to these community questions. The home page has two slides that have been updated for winter and the “big game” but other than that not much else shows signs of anyone in management being involved.

I sold 2 items last year between my 3 booths. This year I haven’t sold a thing. I’ve had several people start following my booths, but that’s it. My eBay sales haven’t slowed down at all in January as they usually do. I have a friend that does all my advertising on all the different social media sites, as they know a lot more about how to do it then I do.

I agree, there is “no one home.” I keep asking for information and I receive standard AI generated answers. I keep getting the same answer which is standard instead of a specific answer to my question. I had buyer two items which I refunded $10 part of shipping which was over calculated. But I do not know how to ask for a partial refund on my fees. I finally figured out how they charge 13% because of advertising choice. Wow, I hardly ever sell anything on this site. and when I did I was immediately charged my credit card for the 13% fee and was unable to use my tokens.

It all started going downhill when they bailed out of the mobile app. In 2025 75% of eCommerce is coming from mobile sales. So if Bonanza want’s to pull out of it’s current death spiral, (I’ve been selling on bonanza for about 7 years and I’ve never seen it so bad) they need to make an investment in a functional responsive mobile app. It’s literally like a firetruck showing up to fire with no water. We’ll see what the future brings but without investment Bonanza is going to be the Blockbuster video of eCommerce. Best wishes Y’all!

Can’t judge it just yet as January is always slow on every site. I have had sales here and there, but, nothing like it has been in the past, however, there are so many locations to cross list and ways to advertise your booth here. Takes a ton of time to really build up momentum at this one.

Elizavella_Designs it is no more or less abandoned than ever. The thing about Bonanza is that it doesn’t have the traffic or profile that eBay or Etsy have. It’s not nearly as well known so sellers here have to do a lot of self-promotion to attract buyers. At the same time many of us left Etsy or especially eBay for reasons I won’t go into here. But you’re got to be your own marketing department because you won’t see a lot of advertisements out there for Bonanza.

Yes, from what we gather, no one works at Bonanza.
This is not about “slow sales” as that depends on what you sell.
This is about no one is in support and no one answers and if you have a problem you have no help.
