Fail to renew credit card info

My booth has been put on hold.
As Bonanza asked me,I have updated my credit card information.
After doing this, my booth is still on hold.
Apparently, the info I enter do not stay “registered”. I have been told the matter has been passed on the Bonanza’s technical team.
Its now over 2 months I have been waiting to have the matter solved.
What do I need to do to have my booth re-opened?

So apparently there is a new process where if you have FVF of over $100, or you have not had a sale in over 60 days, they will charge your card on file before they allow the buyer to buy from you.
They’ve always had the $100 in fees get charged, but it was never instantly at the time of purchase.
If you fall into either of those, welcome to the club.
For mine, I had a $1800 sale, and they tried to charge my card which is a debit card linked to a One Pay account. I never keep more than $100 because it is my online business fund. Well, the fee was $196 so they wouldn’t complete the sale. I’ve been a seller on Bonanza since 3 months after the site began. Almost 10k transactions, and that’s never happened to ANYONE buying from me. It’s a good thing I don’t get overdraft charges for debit declines like I do with my bank.
